Ingredients: 4 Big tomatoes diced

1 Small white onion chopped

3 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (Coriander Leaves)

2 teaspoons minced jalapeno (eliminate seeds for less hotness)

1 ½ teaspoons Fresh lime juice

¾ teaspoon  salt (or to taste)

1 little garlic clove, minced

Method : Keep all the ingredients in a Mixing bowl. If you want to make your home made salsa to have a smoother surface then  beat a large portion of the salsa in a food processor, then, then combine it with the remaining chunky half. Cover firmly and refrigerate for as long as 5 days.
