Method: Semi Boil the potato and Carrot. Heat the pan. Put oil and ghee in a pan. Now put Cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds began to pop up add the onion. Meanwhile, we will make the puree of the tomatoes. When the onion becomes slight brown finely chop the garlic and add with the onion. Now put the semi boiled potatoes, cauliflower and carrots. Let the vegetables little cooked. Now add the tomato puree to the vegetables. then add the capsicum to the puree. When the puree will become thicker add the salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and the garam masala and mix them with the help of a spatula.  Now add the rice and squeeze the lemon juice. Garnish Coriander leaves. This is very easy and yummy fried rice. It tastes better with buttermilk.

Plain Buttermilk: In a deep bowl put the curd, add salt. Now add salt and pour 1 cup of water. If you like the buttermilk thinner you can add little extra water. now take a whisker or you can blend in a blender.  Pour in a glass, add some crushed ice cubes. Put in the roasted cumin powder. In a small pan heat, the oil put the cumin and the mustard seeds. when the seeds began to pop up pour the seasoning into the glass. Enjoy the Buttermilk with the rice.

This is the process of plain buttermilk. Later on, I will post the various types of buttermilk.

Please feel free to give your suggestions.
